Johnson. <br /> <br /> "The Treasurer of the City of Portsmouth is requesting a refum <br />for Robert A. and Geneva B. Johnson for duplicate payment of first <br />quarter Real Estate taxes for the year ending June 5, 1987. <br /> <br /> We, therefore, are requesting a refund in the amount of $204.97 <br />without interest. <br /> <br /> I recommend that Council adopt this motion and refhnd be <br />granted." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by ~rs.
