The development of this commerce park is:expecte <br />to provide diversified job opportunities for City residents! and for <br />customers and tenants for the residential and commercial dew <br />downtown. <br /> <br /> Bids were received for Phases I, Infrastructure Rehabilitation <br />on January 8, 1987. P~ase I includes the area north of LinColn <br />Street and west of Third Street (s~e attached map). The bi~s w~re <br />competitive and in line with today]s construction costs (se~ attach <br />merit).
