June 14, 2016 <br /> <br />(b) UP-16-06 DOWNTOWN - Request of Dan Aston of The Whitmore Company <br />for a use permit to renovate the commercial structure at 430 <br />Crawford Street, formerly occupied by Wells Fargo Bank, for 46 <br />multifamily apartment units. The property contains 0.711 acres <br />and the overall density proposed would be 65 apartment units per <br />acre. In addition, Mr. Aston is requesting a number of deviations <br />from the development standards, including the 30 foot setback for <br />parking, location of driveways, height of the first floor and other <br />items related to renovating the existing structure.
