Pettijohn, 16 Chatham ROad, requested five <br /> ~dditio~al minutes to speak. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson that Mr. Pet~i <br /> ~e granted 5 additional minutes, and was adopted by unanimous <br /> <br /> Mr. Pettijohn presented ~'proposal concerning the recent odor <br />~nd taste problems of the water of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by ~rs.
