McElfresh, Jr., for mowing charges. 1. "The City Treasurer has requested refunds for the followinl taxpayers who have made duplicate payments on their Personal Properl Taxes:" (See list on Page 199 & 200) 2. "The City Treasurer is requesting the following refunds for overpayment of 1986-57 Real Estate Taxes:" (See list on Page 200) 3. "The Cit? The City Treasurer is requesting a refund of $234.0~, interest, for RalFh J. and Mary B. ~cElfresh for mowing ~harges incurred on their property located at Nashville Avenue. From the Ho~sing Services records., it appears that notice w~s sent to a previous address, As a result of the lack of notice, it is recommended that the $234.00 be refunded. I, therefore, recommend that this motion be adopted and the refund be granted.' Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Simpson, that authoriza- tion be granted to refund payments to names submitted above, as requested, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
