Louis Richardson, 4824 George Washington Highway, spoke on services offered by <br />the Virginia Employment Commission. <br />2. Gary Donbar, 1129 Washington Drive, asked that City Council get staff to waive <br />permit fees for a citizen in the community. <br />3. Tony Goodwin, 38 Linden Avenue, spoke on the upcoming holiday events in the <br />City. <br />4. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, spoke on various issues within the City. <br />
