Jaborek for <br />Real Estate Taxes. <br /> <br />"The City Assessor is requesting a refund of $16.08, plus <br />interest, to Ms. Judy Jaborek whose mailing address is 239 Maryland <br /> Portsmouth, Virginia 23707. Ms. Jaborek's house had been <br />assessed for a number years as having two full bathrooms, when in <br />fact, there is only one full bathroom.
