168 <br />August 12, 2014 <br />14 - 302 -Non-Agenda Speakers <br />1. Jasmine Kiah, 1025 City Park Avenue, spoke on her involvement in the NAACP <br />ACT-SO Award Competition. <br />2. Barry Randall, 500 Oak Street, voiced his concern with the lack of taxes being paid <br />by the United Bridge Partners, owners of the Jordan Bridge. He also voiced his <br />concern with what he believes is a slow process in acquiring The Pines property. <br />3. Heather Hollowell, 409 Patrick Street, provided suggestions on how the City could <br />better advertise events. <br />4. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, voiced his concern with loud music and partying in <br />neighborhood. <br />5. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke on Principle of Liberty #1. <br />6. Elvira Johnson, 3313 Armistead Drive, voiced her concern with what she believes is <br />a slow process in acquiring The Pines property. <br />7.
