<br />Christ, opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge of
<br />Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes of the
<br />called meeting of April 14, 1987; minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />April 14, 1987; and minutes of the special meeting of April 21, 1981
<br />to be approved as received, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />
<br />Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br />adopted by 5-2 (Nay-Simpson, Webb) vote.

<br />Line Railroad on the west, County Street on the south, and Chestnut
<br />Street on the east, from Downtown D-1 to Downtown D-2, the followin
