James Bridgeford, 2002 Sawgrass Lane, asked that City Council reappropriate over <br />$5 million back to the School Board. <br />1. Mathew Hartman, 305 Broad Street,' thanked all the volunteers that helped with the <br />Boo-Yah 5k Little Monsters Fun Run. <br />2. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, voiced his concern with various issues within the City. <br />3. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke on Principles of Liberty #2 and #4. <br />4. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, asked that City Council reappropriate <br />over $5 million back to the School Board. <br />6. Lamar Price, 3965 Twin Oaks Drive, voiced his concern with an article about the <br />Mayor in the Virginian Pilot. <br />7. Frances Jones, 600 Yorktown Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed <br />methadone clinic. <br />8.
