June13,2000 ~ 211: <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr: Moody, and seconded by Mr, Robinett, to waive the rules of order <br />to allow Mr. Whitehead an additional four minutes to speak, and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br />4. Louis Whitehead, 4415 County Street, Westhaven Civic League, expressed <br /> appreciation to Mr. McCoy and Mr. Paul Forehand for repair and replacement of the <br /> Wodd War II plaque at City =Park.
