October 8, 2013 <br />10. Walter Bell, 236 Maryland Avenue, voiced his concern with the Trap, Neuter, <br />Release Program with regards to feral cats. <br />11. Regenia Black, 512 Yorktown Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed <br />methadone clinic in her neighborhood. <br />531 <br />12. Allan Jeffries, 4 Canoe Court, spoke in support of a recreation center in the Truxton <br />Neighborhood. <br />13. Frances Black, 600 Yorktown Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed <br />methadone clinic in her neighborhood. <br />14.
