May 28, 2013 <br />(d) Tidewater shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and <br />regulations, maintain a valid Virginia Department of Health Office of Emergency Medical <br />Services license and a valid business license, pay all federal, state and local taxes, and <br />keep its transport vehicles and medical equipment in a safe, neat, well-maintained and <br />sanitary condition. <br />2. The Fire Chief is hereby authorized by City Council to enforce the terms of <br />this resolution. If the Fire Chief determines that there has been a material violation of <br />any provision hereof, or any other conduct that places public safety or the public interest <br />at risk, he shall report it to the Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services and shall <br />thereafter cooperate with said Office in any investigation. <br />3. Ned McCabe, 110 Tyler Crescent East, Apartment 3, announced the anniversary of <br />the Battle of Craney Island. <br />2. Ken Woolard, 462 B Washington Street, voiced his support of Willett Hall and <br />Portsmouth concerts. <br />3. Betty Copeland, 112 Tyler Crescent, voiced her support of Willett Hall. <br />4. Sally Wright, 116 Tyler Crescent, voiced her support of Willett Hall. <br />5. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, voiced his dissatisfaction with the School <br />Board. <br />6. Andre Kasparov, 1460 Harmott Avenue, voiced his support of Willett Hall. <br />7. William Connelly, 475 Waters Street, voiced his concern about skateboarders <br />damaging property in the Admiral's Landing area. <br />8. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, thanked the Council and staff for the Memorial Day <br />Parade and voiced his concern over the School Board. <br />9. Theodore Pinnock, 8020 Quail Hollow, Suffolk, voiced his concern about the <br />homeless spending time around his daycare facility, located on High Street. <br />
