Betty Ashberry, 5218 Cobblehill Road, voiced her concern with the City Council's <br />decision to not hire the current City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, voiced his concern with ministers getting involved in <br />politics. <br />3. Dr. Mark Whitaker, 295 River Pointe Parkway, voiced his concern with City Council <br />not following the usual process for hiring of the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />4. Luke McCoy, 340 Canterbury Drive, asked that City Council and citizens to come <br />together to work as a team for the betterment of the City. <br />5. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke on Principle of Liberty #1. <br />6. Kintrell Devin, 515 Water Lilly Road, voiced her concern with remarks made by a <br />Councilmember in the Virginian Pilot. <br />7. Nancy Lamartin, 212 Chesapeake Avenue, voiced concern that the blackout of non- <br />agenda speakers may be in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. <br />8. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, voiced concern with ministers getting involved <br />with politics. <br />9. Sheriff Bill Watson, 701 Crawford Street, asked that City Council and citizens work <br />together to resolve issues in the City. <br />10.
