June 9, 1987 <br /> <br /> 87=257 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of <br />an ordinance to amend Chapter 21 of the City Code pertaining to mis. <br />cell~neous offenses, resulting from change in the State Code made b <br />the General Assembly. <br /> <br /> "A~tach~d are recommended changes to the City Code pertaining <br />to miscellaneous offenses and motor vehicles and traffic. <br /> <br /> These chan~es are needed to reflect changes in the State Code <br />made by the General Assembly. Chapter 29 pertaining to the <br />maintenance of an auxiliary police~ resulting from changes to the <br />State Code by the General Assembl~. <br /> <br /> "The t987 General Assembly amended those ~ortions of the State <br />Code pertaining to the establishment and use o~ auxiliary police. <br />The legislation established two grades of auxiliary as those who <br />have met the training requirements of the Department of Criminal <br />Justice Services and those who have nor.
