June 9, 1987 Anne McGlynn, 222 North Street, President of Olde Towne Civic League, spoke in support of CA 87-10. Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-10 to amend Section ~O-102:pertaining to new construction regulations in the Park View and Olde Towne Historic Districts, was approved on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Ce] CA 87-11 CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Section 40-282 pertaining to definitions in the sign ordinance. Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-11 to amend 40-282, definitions ~n the s~gn ordinance, was approved on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. Cf) CA 87-]2 CODE A~ENDMENT: A proposal to amend Chapter 33 and 40 of the City Code pertaining to filing and review f~es for rezoning, group housing, and subdivision applications. Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-12 to amend ChapTer 33 and 40 of the City Code, filing and review fees for re~oning, group heusing, and subdivision applications, was approved on first r~ading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. (g) CA 87-13 CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Chapter 40 of the City Code pertaining to establishmen of fees for modification and extension request~ Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Barnss, to concur in the recommendation of the~Planning Commission, CA 87-13 to amend Chapter 40 of the City Co~e, to establishment of fees for modifica- tion and extension requests, was approved on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
