<br />the meeting with Frayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to

<br />called meeting of May 26, 1987; and minutes
<br />of M~y 26, 1987, to be approved as received,

<br /> Motion of Mrs. ~ebb and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, UP 87-10 for a day care
<br />center at 500 Taft Drive, was denied, and was adopted by the follow-
<br />ing vote:

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur in

<br />of worship at 505 Rapidan Street, was approved on first reading, and
<br />was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to concur
<br />in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, UP 87-12 for
<br />a day care ceater at 2200 Palmer Street, was approved nn first
<br />reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> (d) CA 87-10 CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Section
<br /> 40-102 pertaining to new construction regula-
<br /> tions in the Park View and Olde Towne Histori
<br /> Districts.
