She also asked that the '' <br />City provide representation for the SPSA (Southeastern Public Service Authority) <br />Advisory Committee meetings. ~ ~'~ <br />8. Lamar Price, 3965 Two Oaks Road, asked that the City to provide a recreation <br />center for the children in Churchland. <br />9. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke on Principle of Liberty #27. <br />10. Maury Cooke, 204 Swimming Point Walk, voiced his concern with the closing of the <br />Center for Community Development (CCDI). <br />11. Charisse Spencer, 901 Leckie Street, spoke in support of CCDI. <br />12. Kintrell Devin, 515 Water Lilly Road, voiced her concern with parents being issued <br />tickets on school grounds for not wearing seat belts. <br />13. Steve Hagwood, 440 High Street, spoke in support of CCDI. <br />14.
