264 <br />November 13, 2012 <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, asked that any proposals to change <br />the City Charter come before citizens for comment. <br />4. Christina Carlton, 88 Aylwin Road, voiced her concern with the deteriorating <br />conditions in Cradock. <br />5. Kintrell Devin, 515 Water Lilly Road, asked if an unused gym clock could be donated <br />to a facility that needs it. <br />6. Chris Cullen, 904 Holladay Court, had questions regarding the 9-1-1 call center <br />overpayment and with the progress in hiring a City Auditor. <br />7.
