Parker Recreation C~nter the need for a fence along the <br />railroad tracks, work on the ballfield; also, consideration of a <br />swimming~pool, and the Center being closed on Saturday. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that all <br />of the concerns of Mr Hines be referred to t~e City Manager and a <br />report be furnished as soon as possible, and was adopted by unanimo~ <br />VO~e, <br /> <br /> 8~-29~ Motion of~rs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. SimFson, to <br />suspend the rules ~o allow citizens to speak. <br /> <br /> Cameron Pitts, 4816 Ma~ard Crescent, representing Hunters <br />Pcint Civic League, spoke concerning the Western Freeway and~the <br />effect it was having on the citizens, and asked Council to consider <br />asking the Highway Department to stop work on ~he Freeway. <br /> <br /> 87-291 - Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, ~o go <br />into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter, and was <br /> ~ted by 6-0 vote.
