Kent Stein, 209 Sandpiper Drive, asked that City Council pass legislation banning <br />the chaining of dogs. <br />13. Linda Sealy, 118 Horsley Drive, Hampton, asked that City Council pass legislation <br />banning the chaining of dogs. <br />14. Peter Raffetto, 416 Dinwiddie Street, asked that City Council pass legislation <br />banning the chaining of dogs. <br />15. David Dodd, 282 Pacific Avenue, voiced his disappoint with what he believes is the <br />lack of proper investigation by the Police Department to solve robbery cases in his <br />neighborhood. <br />16.
