Paul Landers, 402 Cabot Street, asked that City Council hold the School Board <br />accountable for the funding that's provided. <br />8. William Connolly, 475 Water Street, thanked City Council for funding given to the <br />Portsmouth Flag Association and voiced his support for an internal auditor. <br />9. Lenard Myers, 440 Monticello Avenue, Norfolk, voiced his concern with the living <br />conditions of residents in the Swanson Homes neighborhood. <br />10. Brenda Walton, 52 Swanson Parkway, voiced her concern with the safety of citizens <br />in the Swanson Homes neighborhood. <br />11. Pat Simons, 801 Mimosa Road, voiced her concern with the mosquito problem in the <br />City and asked why there was no state investigation with regards to the spending <br />practices by the School Board. <br />12. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, voiced his frustrations with the lack of <br />response from City Council to citizens during the Council Meetings. <br />13.
