Holley, III, Jack P. Barnes, E. G. Corprew, <br /> Jr., J. Robert Gray, L. Louise Lucas, J. Herbert Simpson, <br /> Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, II, City Manager, <br /> Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 87-293 (c) - At 6:05 p.m. on motion o£ Mr. Barnes and seconded <br /> >y Mrs. Webb, to go into executive session pursuant to the provisio~ <br /> of Sec. 2.10344, Code of Virginia to discuss: <br /> <br /> (1) A Personnel Matter as provided in subsection (a) (1); <br /> <br /> (2) Consultation with City Attorney and staff briefing <br /> pertaining to Legal Matters within the jurisdiction of City Council <br /> as provided in subsection (a) (6). <br /> <br />On motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />87-293(d) The City Council reconvene& at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Holley made a statement with respect to the allegations <br />made against him in the Commonwealth Attorney's report. <br /> <br /> The City Council Members individually spoke on the allegations <br />against the Mayor and all requested his resignation. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Simpson <br />meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m. <br /> APPROVED - 2~X~~F''~ <br /> <br /> Mayor } <br /> <br />and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br /> <br />
