Pat Simon, 801 Mimosa Road, voiced her concern with the continued increases in <br />fees. <br />4. J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on the Bicentennial Celebration of <br />the National Anthem, Patriots Crossing and Cedar Grove Cemetery. <br />5. Mike Buxton, 317 Thelmar Lane, thanked City Council for their support in voicing <br />opposition to the tolls on the Midtown and Downtown tunnels. <br />6. Debbie Childs, 317 Thelmar Lane, asked that there be an investigation of Skanska. <br />7. Delores Knight, 33 Kennedy Drive, asked that real estate taxed be lowered every <br />year until it is $1.00. <br />8. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, voiced her concern with the proposed name <br />change of a portion of Port Centre Parkway. <br />9. Terry Danaher, 413 Dinwiddie Street, voiced her opposition to the tolls on the <br />Downtown and Midtown tunnels. <br />10. Kevin Kelly, 4404 Southampton Arch, voiced his opposition to budget cuts for law <br />enforcement and emergency medical services. <br />11. Coleman Young, 602 North Street, suggested how the City could save $1.5 million <br />on healthcare. <br />12. Ted Strauss, 220 Webster Avenue, voiced his opposition to the tolls on the Midtown <br />and Downtown tunnels. <br />13. Glenna Cornett, 301 Thelmar Lane, voiced her opposition to building a new <br />recreation center and to the tolls on the Midtown and Downtown tunnels. <br />14. Tony Goodwin, 38 Linden Avenue, asked for help in contacting VDOT to ask for <br />increased lighting in the Park and Sail parking lot. <br />15.
