Bell, Jr. and Naomi W. Thom~ <br />owners, to rezone property at <br />the northwest corner of London <br />Boulevard and Dinwiddie Street; <br />from Historic Limited Office <br />HLO to Historic Limited Busines <br />HLB-K Conditional. <br /> <br />Robert A.
