396 July 28, 1987 28, At a called meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, July 1987, at 4:30 F.m., there were present: Mayor James W. Holley, III, Jack P. Barnes, E. G. Corprew, Jr., J. Robert Gray, L. Louise Lucas, J. Herbert Simspog, Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, [I, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. 87-321 - The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held tn the Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 1987, for the purpose of public session for a presentation by Dr. Dale Hunsaker, Director of Public Health. In addition you may consider a mction to go into an executive session. Dn By order ~f the Mayor.' 87-321 A public work session was held with a presentation AIDS-by Dr. Dale Hunsaker, Director of Public Health. The video very informative. 87-322 Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to into an executive session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of gode of Virginia to discuss the following: go the 1. The condition, acquisition and use of real property for purposes as permitted under subsection (a) (2); 2. Consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under ~ction (a) (1); 3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefing by staff pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other legal ~ers within the jurisdiction of the City Council as permitted subsection_(a)](6); 4. The disposition of publicly held property as permitted subsection (a) (2); 5. Consideration of appointments by the City Council as per- under subsection (a) (1).
