Holley, III, Jack P. Barnes, E. G. Corprew, <br />Jr., J. Robern Gray, L. Louise Lucas, J. Herbert Simpson, <br />Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, II, City Manager, <br />Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />87-320 --the following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a special called meeting of the City Council to <br />oe held in the City Council/City Manager Conference Room, 6th floor <br />of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, <br />1987 for the purpose of a public work session on the Western Freewa) <br /> <br /> In addition you may consider a motion to go into an executive <br />session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> A public work session was held on the concerns of the Western <br />Freeway with Ray D. Pethel, Phd., Commissioner, Virginia Department <br />of Transportation and Staff.
