Jul) 28, 1987 <br /> <br /> The City Attorney s~gted that a report on the status of the <br />Bide-A-Wee Golf Course lease will]~epres, ented at the next Council <br />meeting (August 11, 1987). <br /> <br /> 87-340 - John Gray Wallace, 957~C Suburban Parkway, requested <br />5 additional minutes. <br /> <br /> Mction of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, that 5 addi~ <br />tional minutes.be, granted, and was adopted by unanimous vo~e'.~- <br /> <br /> Mr. Wallace spoke concerning the resignation and recall of the <br />Mayor, and expressed his support to Mayor Holley. <br /> <br /> Frank Williamson, 2100 Wyoming Avenue, requested 5 additional <br />minutes. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, that 5 addi- <br />tional minutes be granted, and was adoFted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Mr. Williamson spoke concerning the recall and resignation of <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Richard H. Ramsey, 4300 South Street, representing Precinct <br />Civic Forums, spoke concerning use of public schools for the recall <br />of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to suspend <br />the rules, and Mr. Ramsey was granted an additional 5 minutes to <br />complete his presentation, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 87-341 - Victoria Pickett, 27 Loxley Road, representing 19th <br />Precinct Civic Forum, spokeron drainage, curbs, and streets in the <br />Loxley Place area. <br /> <br /> Richard H. Ramsey, 4300 South Street, representing Precinct <br />Civic Forums, spoke concerning drainage in the Loxley Place area. <br /> <br /> 87-342 - Tyrone Hines, 946 Vermont Avenue, representing Mt. <br />{ermon Athletic Association, requested 10 additional minutes. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mrs~Lucas, that Mr. Hinei <br /> granted lO additional minutes, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Mr. Hines spoke concerning funds for construction of the Mt. <br /> Little League concession stand. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the Cit <br /> er investigate the accusations made by the speaker on the con- <br />zession stand~ and was adopted by unanimous vote~. <br /> <br /> · Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to proceed with <br /> :he const~ction of the Concession stand (using 1/3 of funds from <br /> Mt.
