(c) GHP 85-23 - SIMONSDALE NEIGHBORHOOD: REQUEST FOR MODI- FICATION - Group housing project application of George K. Eberwine, Jr., for modification of fence on property located at 9SD Sacony Street. George K. Eberwine, Jr., 2516 Sterling Point Drive, applicant, spoke mn support of GHP 85-23. Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, for modification to the fence on property located at 950 Sacony Street, was approved on first reading and was adopted by unanimous vote.
