087 <br />February 28, 2012 <br />12 - 87 -Report on Pending Items <br />• Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the February 14, 2012 City Council Meeting. <br />12 - 88 -Non-Agenda Speakers <br />1. Larry Preddy, 361 Court Street, voiced his concern and asked for help from the City <br />with disruptions from the Mansion. <br />2. Lt. Lee Cherry, 1108 Melvin Drive, wanted to clear up misunderstandings with <br />regards to reports in the media about the number of times an inmate has left the <br />Work Release Program during the year. <br />3. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, for Black History Month informed citizens and City <br />Council of African Americans that have contributed to the history of the City. <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m. <br />Minutes prepared by: <br />Anita .
