I don't think that Council has the
time, under the present procedure, to know what is going on. We get
volumes of printed matter from the administration that I don't have
the opportunity to review properly. I like to discuss matters in
conjunction with other members of the Council. I think we all shoulc
be a team and we are going in directions now that we are not as a
team; and I feel we can have a clear and open discussion among the
Council members and hear it al'l together and not have to go
individually to the Administration or anyone in the Administration
to discuss matters individually; that we should ~hear it jointly
as a team and work together as a team.

On motion meeting adjourned at 9:08 p.m.
APPROVED -~./ /

k~J Mayor

City Clerk
