Bill Fediw, 150 Maryland Avenue, encouraged City Council and citizens to be more <br />proactive rather than reactive when dealing with City issues. <br /> <br />7. Terry Danaher, 413 Dinwiddie Street, asked that City Council include funding in their <br />budget for the Coast Guard City of Portsmouth Celebration. <br /> <br />8. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, spoke on the importance of elected <br />officials being contested. <br /> <br />9. Joseph Scharl, 316 Idlewood Avenue, thanked City Council for their support in <br />opposing the sulfur plant. <br /> <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 9:16 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Kenneth I.
