Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, re concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, GHP 87-13 for 188 condominium un~ts on land formerly known as the Beazley Farm on West Norfolk Road, was approved on first reading and was adopted by unanimous vote. (c) Use Permit 87-21 DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD Use permit application of Metro Development Corp- oration, by Richard P. Molenaar, Vice President, for six (6) townhouse un,ts on property located at 708 South Stree' Jim Wayland, 309 County Street, representing Metro Developmen~ Corporation, spoke in favor of the project. Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, UP 8~-21 for a six (6) townhouse units on property located at 708 South Street, was approved on first reading and was adopted by unanimous vote. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Consent Agenda On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, the following items approved on first reading at the Public Hearing of September 8, 1987 and regular meeting of September 8, 1987, were adopted on final reading, and by the following vote: 87-390 Rezoning applications: (a) "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 87-16" (c) "ZONING A>~ENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 87-18"
