<br />Jr., J. Robert Gray, L. Louise 5ucas, J. Herbert Simpson,
<br />Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, II, City Manager,
<br />Steven Lieberman, City Attorney.

<br /> Rev. Devlaming A. Peace, Pastor of Zion Bethel United Church
<br />of Christ, opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge
<br />of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes
<br />called meeting of October 27, 1987; minutes of the regular
<br />of October 27, 1987; and minutes of a called meeting of November
<br />4, 1987, to be approved as received, and was adopted rby unanimous
<br />vote.
<br />
<br /> The City Manager introduced Norman whitaker, who was recentl
<br />employed as City Planner.
<br />
<br />Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors in attendance.
