Peace, Pastor of Zion Bethel United Church <br />of Christ, opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes <br />called meeting of October 27, 1987; minutes of the regular <br />of October 27, 1987; and minutes of a called meeting of November <br />4, 1987, to be approved as received, and was adopted rby unanimous <br />vote. <br /> <br /> The City Manager introduced Norman whitaker, who was recentl <br />employed as City Planner. <br /> <br />Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors in attendance. <br /> <br /> 87-472 - Public Hearing on rezoning, use permit applications <br />and proposed amendments to the City Code: <br /> <br />(a) Zoning Petition Z 87-20 - <br /> <br />PORT NORFOLK: Rezoning <br />application of Z.
