Han'bury, Iii City Manager, S~even ~Lieberman, <br /> City Attorney , i ~ o ....... -,- - ~ .... <br /> <br /> Absent: LaMar Williams <br /> <br /> 88-26 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a~called meeting of t~e City Council-to be <br />held in the Council Conference Room/ 6. th floor of City Hatl~ <br />801, Crawford Street, at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 1988, <br />for the purpose !of.considering a~motion to~ go into an executive <br />session. ~ ~: : ~ <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into <br />an executive session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of the <br />Code of Virginia to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> 1. The condition, acquisitio~ ~and use of real pmo~erty <br />for public purposes as permitted under subsection (a) (2); <br /> <br /> 2. Conside~ation~of a personnel matter as permit~ted under <br />subsection (a) (1); <br /> <br /> 3. Consultation with City Attorney and briefin,g by staff <br />members pertaining to actual or potential litigation or other <br />legal matters within the jurisdict~on or.the City Council as <br />permitted under subsection (a) (6:); <br /> <br /> 4. The disposition of publicl~ held property as permitted <br />under subsection (a) (2); <br /> <br /> 5.
