59¸5 There shall be regular meetings of the City Council unless otherwise provided by special resolution, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the second Tuesday in each month. Hearings which the Counc£t are required to hold for zoning relate~ matters may be held at the meetings specified in this subsection. (2) This amendment shall take effect, on March ~, 1988. Amos, Trustee/Minister, ~o rezone property at 608 Effingha~ Street; from Downtown D-1-M to Downtown D=i~P, deferred from the Regular Meeting of January 26, 1988. of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray to defer 30 days, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
