If the requested appropriation is approved, the Director of BHS will implement the <br />delivery of VICAP services as mandated by the state. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, to adopt the following <br />ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />"ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE PROJECTED MEDICAID FUNDS IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $354,000 IN THE FY 2011-12 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES <br />FUND TO PROVIDE MANDATED VIRGINIA INDEPENDENT CLINICAL <br />ASSESSMENT PROGRAM SERVICES TO MEDICAID-RECIPIENT CHILDREN <br />REQUESTING INTENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES." <br /> <br />Ayes: Cherry, Edmonds, Heretick, Moody, Randall, Whitehurst, Wright <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- New Business - <br /> <br />11 - 304 - Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />There were no appointments. <br /> <br />11 - 305 - Items Submitted by Council Members <br />. Appointment of Janey Culpepper to the position of City Assessor. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Cherry, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to appoint Janey Culpepper <br />to be City Assessor, effective today, at an annual salary of $105,241.
