March 22, 1988 <br /> <br /> 88-131 Mary Arnold, 3521 Wright Road, spoke concerning <br />vacant property clean'up in her neighborhood. <br /> <br /> The matter was referred to the City Manager for follow-up, <br />and to report back to Council. <br /> <br /> 88-132 - Bill Watson, 200 Gee Street, representing the <br />Highland-Biltmore Civic League, spoke concerning a request for <br />an investigation into the building of a road over wetlands in <br />the City. Mr. Watson,, spoke again ~concerning, the plea?,o~ <br />Julio Washington, for help in his employment grievance. <br /> <br /> 88-133'- Julio Washington, 1720 Maple Avenue~ requested an <br />investig,ation into his firing from his City job. <br /> <br /> The matter has been referred to the City Manager fo~ a <br />report. <br /> <br /> 88-134 - William J.
