The Pentecostal Workers Christ of Church is hereby granted <br />a use permit pursuant to [40-71 (b) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, to operate a group home for thirty (30) <br />adults oK the property designated as 2503 Deep Creek Boulevard <br />deSCribed as Tax Map 139, Parcels 48 and 51 (UP-88-4). <br /> <br /> 3. This uSe permit is approved Subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) No more than thirt.
