Dr. David Stuckwisch, 1069 Estate Court, informed City Council of a technical issue <br />with regards to funding that already exists for the schools. <br /> <br />16. Tanya Hodnett, 3604 Blaine Street, voiced her support for what Sheriff Watson is <br />doing for the community. <br /> <br />(b) Public hearing to consider the Annual Operating Budget that establishes or <br />increases rates on certain real estate taxes, public utility rates, stormwater <br />fees, recreation fees, solid waste management fees, and golf fees and <br />includes proposed rate changes to take effect on July 1, 2011. <br /> <br />1. Arthur Price, 3200 Reese Drive, voiced his opposition to the proposed increase in <br />the real estate tax rate. <br /> <br />2. Delores Knight, 33 Kennedy Drive, voiced her opposition to the proposed increase in <br />the real estate tax rate. <br /> <br />3. Nelson Velez, 5772 Churchland Boulevard, voiced his opposition to the proposed <br />increase in the real estate tax rate. <br /> <br />4. Robert Rose, 3108 River Edge Drive, voiced his opposition to the proposed increase <br />in the real estate tax rate. <br /> <br />5. Ron Evans, 14 Chipawa Trail, voiced his opposition to the proposed increase in the <br />real estate tax rate. <br /> <br />6. Paul Landers, 402 Cabot Street, asked that City Council vote no to the proposed real <br />estate tax rate. <br /> <br />7. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 2713 Sterling Point Drive, voiced his concern with citizen's <br />opposition to the proposed increase in the real estate tax rate. <br /> <br />(c) Public hearing to consider the Annual Operating Budget that establishes or <br />increases the rates on certain Museum fees and includes proposed rate <br />changes to take effect upon adoption. <br /> <br />'Y Mr. Moody informed citizens that there was a consensus of City Council at the Public <br />Work Session to consider an amendment to address some of the fees associated <br />with the Children's Museum particularly the fee for adults and also the group rate. <br /> <br />(d) Public hearing on recommended 2012-2016 Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />1.
