Edward McCabe, 110 Tyler Crescent, informed City Council of the commemoration <br />of the Civil War Sesquicentennial on April 2. <br /> <br />- 2. Linda Ridenour, 313 Terryton Lane, asked that City Council make schools a top <br />priority during the budget process. <br /> <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 2713 Sterling Point Drive, provided a citizens guide to the <br />budget process. <br /> <br />4. Horace Jordan, 3001 Badensburg Road, Washington, DC, informed City Council of <br />threats he received from a family member and asked for help to resolve the issue. <br /> <br />5. Joseph Holt, 5801 Bertrand Street, voiced his disappointment with the completed <br />drainage project in Ebony Heights. <br /> <br />6. Billy Grimsley, 609 Elmhurst Lane, gave his expert opinion on the condition of the <br />parking lot at 4648 Portsmouth Boulevard after gravel was laid. <br /> <br />7. Walter Griggs, 5812 Hawthorne Lane, asked for help to keep the parking lot at 4648 <br />Portsmouth Boulevard. <br /> <br />8.
