Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the February 22, 2011 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />11 - 106 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Colonel Harold Hostetler, 4608 Hatton Point Road, informed City Council of the <br />Portsmouth Area Chapter of Military Affairs Association of America. <br /> <br />2. Randi Strutton, 4704 River Shore Road, provided City Council with an update on <br />Hoffler's Creek. <br /> <br />3. Beverly Gaddis, 2416 Lakewood Lane, asked that City Council reestablish the <br />pension benefits to a widow that lost those benefits when she remarried. <br /> <br />4. Lieutenant Lee Cherry, 701 Crawford Street, provided an update on the Sheriff's <br />Department. <br /> <br />5. Christina Carlton, 88 Aylwin Road, provided City Council with an open grave analysis <br />of Fisher's Hill Cemetery. <br /> <br />6. Colonel John Yuhas, 454 Douglas Avenue, voiced his opposition to the Hull's Creek <br />Project. <br /> <br />7. Kintrell Devin, 515 Water Lilly Road, voiced her concern with how media coverage <br />can affect our children. <br /> <br />8. Cliff Page, Jr., 465 Primrose Street, voiced his concern with how the Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority obtained property adjacent to the property he <br />owns at 1020 High Street. <br /> <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m. <br />
