Carolyn White, 4216 Coltrane Avenue, Suffolk, thanked City Council for their <br />continued discussion to fund the Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System <br />(PSRS). <br /> <br />2. Swanie Baskerville, 2712 Arcadia Avenue, asked that City Council fund the <br />Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System (PSRS). <br /> <br />3. Sharon Rich, 322 Douglas Avenue, voiced her opposition to the selling of the former <br />Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />4. Walter Bell, 236 Maryland Avenue, voiced his opposition to the selling of the former <br />Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />5. Noel Smith, 3300 B Elm Street, thanked City Council and Staff for their assistance in <br />helping to get his business operating in the City. <br /> <br />6. Angela Hill, 3605 Blaine Street, thanked City Council for the completion of phase 1 of <br />the drainage project in Ebony Heights. <br /> <br />7. Debra Massenburg, 500 Barlow Drive, voiced her opposition to the selling of the <br />former Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />8. Kathleen Carlson, 116 Chowan Drive, spoke on the importance of enzymes. <br /> <br />9. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 2713 Sterling Point Drive, voiced his concern with the <br />property at the former Port Norfolk Elementary site being sold for considerably less <br />than it has been appraised. <br /> <br />10. John lifsey, 229 Mount Vernon Avenue, voiced his opposition to the selling of the <br />former Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />11. Brenda Murat, 3405 Arlington Place, spoke on the importance of providing activities <br />and mentoring to our youth and asked City Council to join in her endeavors. <br /> <br />12. Erika Nestler, 413 Douglas Avenue, voiced her opposition to the selling of the <br />former Port Norfolk Elementary School site. <br /> <br />13. Kintrell Devin, 515 Water lilly Road, provided City Council with an update on the <br />success of DIVA helping to prevent teen pregnancy. <br /> <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 8:26 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Kenneth I.
