Box 7944, spoke <br />concerning the existing problem~'in our City Governmentl <br /> <br /> 88-276 Rev. Richard Lovingood, Cradock Presbysterlan <br />Church, spoke concerning Public Education. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray that this <br />matter be referred to the City Attorney's Office for <br />investigation and to be deferred to our next work session on <br />July 26, 1988. <br /> <br /> 88-277 - D~. Emery Byron, Cradock Baptist Church, spoke <br />concerning Public Education. <br /> <br /> 88-278 - Cameron C. Pitts, 4816 Mallard Crescent, <br />representing Railroad Relocation Task Force, spoke concerning <br />Railroad Relocation. <br /> <br /> 88-279 - John Gray Wallace, 957 "C" Suburban Parkway, <br />spoke concerning a personnel matter among the City Manager and <br />the Chief of Police. <br /> <br /> 88-280 - Gilbert W. Ronco, 13 W.
