"C" Suburban.:Par.kway, representing self~ <br /> <br /> Rabbi Arthur Steinberg, 429 Columbia Street, representing <br />Temple Sinai. <br /> <br /> Jesse Overton, 82 Ericsson Street, representing self and <br />also read a statement from Bishop Raymond Worrell. <br /> <br /> Clyde Haddock, Virginia Departmen.~ of Education, Richmond, <br />Virginia, representing the Superuisor~of Social Studies. <br /> <br /> Mayor Webb asked Mr. Barnes and Mr. Corprew to work with <br />the City Attorney's office on a draft Code of Ethics and report <br />back to Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gray advised the Council that this is the 50th <br />Anniversary of the Community Concerts in Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> 88-335 - Elsie Shannon, 18 Harris Road, representing self, <br />spoke concerning cdnstruction taking pta~e behind her rental <br />property at 20 Harris Road. The construction, being doneby. <br />Craig Allen Associates, Inc., is causing stress damage to the <br />brick building and Ms. Shannon asked Council to take-some type <br />of action before further damage occurs. Council referred the <br />matter to the city~*Maha~er for investiga~ion.~and asked that <br />someone from the Manager's orff~ce~be in con%act w~th ~s. <br />Shannon. · <br /> <br /> On motion_meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br /> <br />
