Han~ury, II,~ City~Manager,.George Willson, <br />Assistant City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 88-339 - The~following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Rl~ase attend a called meeting of the City Council to he <br />held in the Council Chamber, 6th floor of Ci~Hall, 801 Cra~ford <br />Street, at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Septe~oer 13, 1988, for the purpose <br />of a Public.Work Session on the CIP. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> The time of the meeting had been changed to 5:00 p.m. by <br />unanimous vote at the meeting of September 12, 1988. <br /> <br /> George L. Hanbury, II, City Manager, presented the <br />five year Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br /> 88-3.40 - Motion .of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Barnes to <br />go into an Executive Session in accordance with Section 2.1-344 of <br />the Code of Virginia to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> 1.
