Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsman, gave an update on items of concern presented by <br />citizens at the September 28, 2010 City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />10 - 476 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Linda Ridenour, 313 Terryton Lane, spoke on the advantages of Vocational <br />Technical Schools within the school system. <br /> <br />2. Jeffrey Abersold, 128 Lighthouse Drive, spoke his frustrations with the work being <br />done by builders in the First Watch/River Pointe neighborhood. <br /> <br />3. David Evans, 143 Navitico Way, spoke on his concern with termite infestation and <br />what he believes is improper work being done by builders in the First Watch/River <br />Pointe neighborhood. <br /> <br />4. Doug O'Donnell, 409 Douglas Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed Hull's <br />Creek Project. <br /> <br />5. Margaret Windley, 443 Douglas Avenue, voiced her opposition to the proposed <br />Hull's Creek Project and gave a historical account of Port Norfolk. <br /> <br />6. AI Holmes, 115 Keifer Street, voiced his frustrations with what he believes is a lack <br />of help from the City with regards to work being done by builders in the First <br />Watch/River Pointe neighborhood. <br /> <br />7. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, voiced his frustrations with the ditch and <br />drainage problems in the Highland Biltmore neighborhood. <br /> <br />8. John Lifsey, 229 Mt. Vernon Avenue, spoke in opposition to the proposed Hull's <br />Creek Project. <br /> <br />9.
