The City Manager is authorized to execute and implement such <br />agreements as may be needed to have the City acquire the property from the Navy and <br />then convey it to PRHA pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is further authorized to enter into such ancillary and <br />supplemental agreements with the Navy and PRHA, to grant such further assurances, <br />and to take all such further steps as may be reasonably necessary to achieve the intent <br />of this resolution. All legal documents shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />4.
