This location is <br />in the area disputed by Portsmouth and Chesapeake on the 1968 <br />Annexation. Portsmouth currently serves Tho~psDn ~ith water <br />through'a previous agreement between Portsmouth and Chesapeake. <br /> <br /> The thre~ pa~rty agreement~ between Portsmouth., Chesapeake and <br />Thompson has been reviewed by the City. Attorney who feels it both <br />acknowledges the boundary dispute and protects Portsmouth's rights <br />i~.the dispute.
