The New Community Church of God In Christ is hereby <br />granted a use permit pursuant to ~40-75 (b) of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, to operate a child daycare <br />center at 3615 Tyre Neck Road, said property b6ing further <br />described as Tax Map 825, Parcels 63 and 64, the activity to be <br />conducted in a newly constructed addition to ~he New Community <br />Church Of God In Christ at said location. <br /> <br /> 3. The use permit is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The child daycare center may be operated with an <br />enrollment of not more than twenty (20) children~to be cared for <br />at the facility at any one time. Only children two and one-half <br />(2-1/2) years of age and over may be cared for at the facility. <br /> <br /> (b) The outdoor play area must be a minimum of 4000 <br />square fee~ and enclosed by a five (5) foot high wood privacy <br />fence. The play area must be improved with fill dirt and grass <br />and dumpsters may not be permitted within the play area and where <br />located must be screened from public view.
